Birds of a feather
Customising old clothes is an easy way of updating your wardrobe without breaking the bank.
Take this grey blazer for example...
It was coloured 'Velvet Black' using Dylon's machine dye, foam shoulder pads were added to achieve a more structured silhouette and two metres of brown ostrich feather fringe were attached beneath the lapel (the fringe was doubled for a fuller effect). And voila a gorgeous autumn statement jacket, not bad for a £5 blazer from Primark.
